Farm Hand

15-20 hours/week

Mid April 2025-Mid November 2025

Compensation: $19-$20/hour, depending on experience; 30% discount on everything grown and made at the farm, including value added products

We are a small, no-till farm: specialty crops and a full vegetable CSA.

We’re looking for someone who loves to farm, works collaboratively, and wants to learn more about the crops we grow.

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least one season of experience working on a farm

• Is self-motivated to work quickly and efficiently, either alone or with others

• Is enthusiastic and positive about the work

• Is able to work all day on their feet, can lift heavy things (50 lbs) and perform arduous tasks regardless of the weather
